Five people killed in enemy shelling of Zaporizhzhia
Five people were killed in Russian shelling of the temporarily occupied village of Kamianka in Zaporizhzhia region.
Oleksandr Starukh, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, wrote this in a Telegram post.
"Overall, we know about five dead people. Locals say that there may be people under the rubble," he wrote.
According to the regional governor, all six shots were fired from the occupied territory directly at residential buildings.
Starukh also reported that among the dead are 29-year-old Anastasia Borovyk, the head of the cultural and leisure center of the Kamianka council, and her two children, aged 8 and 2.
"The four-storey building, where the young mother lived with her children, was targeted by the occupiers. The upper floor was completely destroyed," Starukh added, stressing that not a single culture worker in Kamianka cooperated with the occupiers.
