Enemy shells Sloviansk again, damages apartment buildings
The Russian army shelled the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region for the second time on Monday, damaging apartment buildings.
Vadym Liakh, head of the city's civil-military administration, said this in a video address posted on the administration's Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy is shelling the city again. Enemy artillery is working, it is working on the center now, this is the second time already. High-rise buildings were damaged. Private buildings caught fire. That's why it's dangerous to stay in the street," Liakh said.
The post notes that there are no casualties. The extent of the damage is being clarified.
Liakh also reminded local residents that the evacuation is ongoing.
He published a video from the place where an enemy shell hit a private house.
