Enemy spreading fake news about failures of Ukrainian forces in Kherson region - regional council

Russian invaders have recently been spreading fake news about the failures of Ukraine's Armed Forces in the Kherson region and keeping silent about their own difficulties at the front.

First Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council Yurii Sobolevskyi said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

"In their propaganda, the occupiers are spreading fake news about the failures of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kherson region. At the same time, the orcs remain modestly silent and do not comment on the number of their military warehouses, equipment, and military decision-making centers destroyed during these days," he said.

Sobolevskyi added that the invaders are also avoiding the topic of "their own powerlessness in the issue of removing their logistics from the fire control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the topic of overcrowded military hospitals."

According to Ukraine's Operational Command South, Ukrainian defenders on the southern axis killed 106 Russian soldiers and destroyed 60 pieces of equipment, including 14 tanks, over the past day.
