Invaders launched two missile strikes on Kharkiv last night

The Russian forces launched two missile strikes on Kharkiv city and one on Zmiiv town in the Chuhuiv district of Kharkiv region last night.

Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.

“Last night, the Russians launched two missile strikes on the Nemyshlianskyi district of Kharkiv. One of the missiles hit a two-storey building, a nearby car wash caught fire, cafes, shops, and vehicles were damaged. The second missile hit the ground. According to the preliminary information, there were no casualties," Syniehubov said.

About four hours later, a missile strike was recorded in Zmiiv of the Chuhuiv district. The missile hit the area near a healthcare institution. No one was injured, the regional governor noted.

Syniehubov added that the occupiers shelled the settlements of Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Izium districts of the region over the course of the past day.  As a result of the attacks, residential buildings, outbuildings were damaged, fires broke out.

According to Syniehubov, a 45-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were injured as a result of a missile strike on Pechenihy town of the Chuhuiv district. A 41-year-old and a 51-year-old woman were injured in the Bohodukhiv district.
