Russian invaders leave Kreminna in Luhansk region – regional governor
There are currently no Russian troops or occupation administration in Kreminna, Luhansk region.
Serhiy Haidai, the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
“Today, Kreminna is completely empty - the Russian army has left the city. The Ukrainian flag raised by the partisans flies there," Haidai wrote.
According to him, the situation is somewhat similar in Starobilsk.
According to the regional administration, there is a shortage of fuel in the temporarily occupied territories due to the large-scale escape of the occupiers and collaborators.
As reported by Ukrinform, after the September counteroffensive in Kharkiv direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced to the border with Russia, and came close to the administrative border of Luhansk region in the area of Svatove and Kreminna.
