Russians kill five civilians in Donetsk region over past 24 hours
Five civilians were killed and 12 more were injured in Russian shelling of Donetsk region on September 21.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"On September 21, Russians killed five civilians in Donetsk region: two in Kurakhove, one in Bakhmut, one in Avdiivka and one in Karlivka. Twelve more people were injured,” he wrote.
Overall, 873 civilians have been killed and 2,205 injured in Donetsk region since the full-scale invasion started.
The regional governor noted that it is currently impossible to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
