Dozens of explosions and strikes: Russians shelling Sumy and Chernihiv regions
Esman, Shalyhine, and Seredyna-Buda communities of Sumy region, as well as Snovsk and Semenivka communities of Chernihiv region, have come under Russian fire.
As the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reports, the enemy fired mortars at Snovsk community from the Russian settlement of Kirillovka. Twenty-four explosions of 82mm shells were recorded.
The territory of Semenivka community also came under mortar fire. Thirty-seven shells were fired from the Russian village of Skachok.
The Russians struck Esman community with 120mm mortars from the settlement of Troyebortne thrice.
Seredyna-Buda community was hit with tube artillery twice from the Russian village of Zernovoye.
Shalyhine community came under MLRS fire opened from a Russian village. Six shells arrived.
As reported, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on September 24, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Petropavlivka, Vyimka, Bakhmutske, Zaytseve, Opytne, Odradivka, Nevelske, and Novomykhailivka.
