South: Invaders bringing reserves closer to advance of Ukrainian troops

Russian troops are bringing manpower and equipment closer to the advance of Ukraine’s Defense Forces in the south.

"The enemy inflicts systematic fire damage on our positions, fires army aviation, rocket launchers, tube artillery and mortars along the contact line and on the adjacent communities. The rear areas continue to be attacked by the atypical use of S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems, missile strikes from the sky, and kamikaze drones. To prevent the advance of our troops, the area is mined. The enemy is bringing reserves closer in the direction of the advance of our troops – about 200 servicemen and up to three dozen units of combat equipment," the Operational Command "South" reports.

In addition, to clarify the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and adjust artillery fire, the enemy continues to conduct aerial reconnaissance by UAVs.

Ukrainian anti-aircraft units keep destroying them. Two more Orlan-10 UAVs were downed in Mykolaiv district.

In the afternoon, the enemy tried to attack the Defense Forces units from the direction of Bezvodne towards Davydiv Brid with the forces of a motorized rifle platoon. The invaders suffered significant losses and retreated to initial positions.

The airstrikes are launched. Seven airstrikes were launched over the past day, five of which were near Davydiv Brid. A kamikaze drone attacked Dudchany. There were no significant losses.
