Russian missiles hit critical infrastructure in Lviv, power supply partially interrupted

Russian missiles have hit a critical infrastructure facility in the city of Lviv. Hot water services were interrupted, and the city was partially left without electricity.

The relevant statement was made by Lviv City Council Head Andrii Sadovyi on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“An explosion was recorded in a critical infrastructure facility in Lviv. Relevant services have responded to the site,” Sadovyi wrote.

In his words, as the power supply was interrupted, local combined heat and power plants suspended operations. Thus, hot water supply services are not provided at the moment.

Emergency power generators were launched at several pumping stations in order to restore water supply services for the city.
