Kyiv's critical infrastructure facility hit in Russian strike Tue morning

In Kyiv, three explosions rocked one of the energy supply facilities during an air-raid alert.

This was announced by the deputy head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, via Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Kyiv. Tentatively, three arrivals at the energy supply facility on the city’s Left Bank," the official noted.

According to an Ukrinform correspondent, explosions were heard across Kyiv, while thick plumes of smoke are visible above the infrastructure facility. Power went out in one of the city districts.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko confirmed that a critical infrastructure facility in the city's Desnyansky district had been hit

"More details to follow," noted the mayor.

He added that all services were working at the scene.
