Russian missile strikes infrastructure facility in Ivano-Frankivsk region

A Russian missile struck an energy infrastructure facility in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

Svitlana Onyshchuk, the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The region came under missile attack again. The Burshtyn TPP was struck. There are no victims," Onyshchuk wrote.

According to her, as a result of the attack a fire broke out at an infrastructural facility that was quickly extinguished by the rescuers.

Onyshchuk also urged residents of the region not to ignore air raid sirens and to continue saving electricity. In recent days, according to Onyshchuk, the region has reduced electricity consumption by almost 15%.

As reported, the Burshtyn TPP was struck by four Russian missiles on October 10.
