Ukrainian forces destroy Osa missile system, three ammo depots, 40 invaders in south
In the past 24 hours, the missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have performed 246 fire missions targeting enemy positions in the southern direction.
This was reported by the Operational Command South on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
“The situation in the operational zone in the Southern Bug direction is stably complicated, but controlled by the Defense Forces. The enemy conducts active defense and tries to hold the occupied lines. The enemy inflicted fire damage on our positions and communities adjacent to the frontline, including with the use of small arms, barrel artillery, and mortars. The enemy also launched attacks on the rear communities of the Mykolaiv district, damaging the panels of solar batteries, but no losses among the population were recorded,” the report reads.
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched five attacks on enemy air defense positions, a stronghold and enemy ammunition and military equipment clusters.
Missile and artillery units performed 246 fire missions, in particular, targeting enemy mortar and artillery positions.
The confirmed enemy losses include 40 invaders, three tanks, an Osa surface-to-air missile system, six units of armored vehicles and three ammunition depots in the Beryslav and Kakhovka districts. Six enemy tanks were significantly damaged, and a Russian Ural was captured.
