Russian forces kill seven civilians in Donetsk region
On October 24, Russian forces killed seven civilians in Donetsk region. Three more bodies of civilians killed by the invaders were discovered.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"On October 24, 7 civilians of Donetsk region were killed by Russians - in Bakhmut. In addition, law enforcers found the bodies of the civilians who were killed during the occupation: two - in Drobysheve and one - in Stavky," he wrote
The regional governor noted that it is currently impossible to determine the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha.
As reported by Ukrinform, Donetsk region is under constant shelling by Russian troops. Until February 24, 1,670,000 people permanently lived in Donetsk region. Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion, more than 1.2 million people have left the region.
