Italy preparing sixth military aid package for Ukraine
Italian Defense Minister Guido Crosetto has said that Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni's new government is set to approve Italy’s sixth military aid package for Ukraine amid the Russian invasion.
This was reported by ANSA, according to Ukrinform.
"The only thing that we cannot do at such a complex time like the one we are experiencing is to lose contact with our international allies, the EU and the Atlantic alliance. So, there is only one way to act and decide. If the situation in Ukraine does not change, there will be a sixth decree to send new military aid,” Crosetto said.
He also added that the decree will be “right and proper, just like the others were".
As reported by Ukrinform, on October 18, Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov stated that Italy provided Ukraine with a new military aid package.
