Russian invaders shell Nikopol district eight times overnight
Russian invaders last night shelled the Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove communities in the Nikopol district, Dnipropetrovsk region, eight times using MLRS and heavy artillery.
Valentyn Reznichenko, the head of the regional military administration, said this in a post on the messaging app Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Half a dozen private houses, outbuildings, cars and gas pipelines were damaged in the Myrove community. A 9-year-old girl, who was wounded by the Russians last evening, is in the hospital under medical supervision. There is no threat to her life. Doctors assess her condition as moderate. The child is very frightened by the shelling and wounding," he wrote.
There were no casualties in the Nikopol and Marhanets communities, he said.
In Nikopol, shells hit several buildings – apartment blocks and private buildings. A furniture enterprise, transport company, gas pipelines and power lines were damaged.
