Russian strike hits Kryvyi Rih, suburbs

Russian forces shelled the Kryvyi Rih district, presumably with Smerch or Tornado S rockets.

That’s according to Oleksandr Vilkul, head of the Kryvyi Rih military administration, who delivered the news via Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"Kryvyi Rih and Kryvyi Rih district. As for the explosions… It’s important! The Lozuvatka district, a radius of up to 10 km from the settlement. Most likely, it’s the Smerch or Tornado S," the official noted.

Vilkul added that cluster munitions exploded in mid-air, so a massive dispersal of striking elements is possible.

He called on residents to watch their step, keep an eye on children, not pick up shiny cylinders, and report any information about the explosion at the 101, 102, and 1520 hotlines.

Explosions were heard during the air raid alert, as was reported across social media.
