It’s official: entire Mykolaiv region, except for Kinburn, liberated - administration chief

The entire Mykolaiv region, except for Kinburn, has been liberated, while the water conduit from the Dnipro is under the control of the Ukrainian authorities.

That’s according to the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitaliy Kim, Ukriinform reports referring to the official’s Telegram channel.

"Now it's official: the entire Mykolaiv region (except for Kinburn) has been liberated," Kim wrote.

The head of the administration also added the conduit is yet to be demined.

Kim also said that in the near future, he would report on the deadlines for the potential restoration of drinking water supplies to Mykolaiv.

“P.S. I am sincerely happy and proud of the people of Kherson,” the official wrote.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, in the Kherson direction, in the course of successful offensive operations, Ukrainian Defense Forces in certain areas have already advanced the right bank of the Dnipro.
