Black Sea: Russia keeps 12 warships on combat duty, no Kalibr carriers among them
Russia's naval group deployed in the Black Sea off the Crimea coast consists of 12 warships, with not a single missile carrier among them.
That’s according to Operational Command South, Ukrinform reports.
"But this is no reason to relax. Within a few hours, the situation may undergo significant changes, and a missile carrier will be put on high alert," the statement reads.
"The threat from the sea is real, a drone attack is possible, artillery and other shelling in the relevant areas are quite likely, and all this together bears a threat," OC South emphasized.
As reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that five regions of Ukraine had been hit by Russian airstrikes over the past 24 hours.
