Enemy strikes Sumy region with artillery, Grad MLRS, mortars

On Monday, November 21, Russian forces shelled the Hlukhiv, Seredyno-Buda, Khotin and Znob-Novhorodske communities of Sumy region with artillery, Grad MLRS, small arms, and 30 mortars.

This was reported by Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.  

In particular, at around 11:30, the Russian military fired 10 mortars at a border village of the Seredyno-Buda community. The House of Culture and a private house of local residents were damaged. Moreover, after 13:00 there was another mortar attack at another village. In both cases, people were not injured.

"The Russians used artillery to fire at the Znob-Novhorodske community. There were 10 strikes. No damage was reported. The Khotin community was shelled by the enemy from several types of weapons at once. 20 mortars, 8 artillery shells and another 10 from Grad MLRS exploded near the houses of civilian residents. Five house of community residents and a gas pipeline were damaged," the report says.

The Hlukhiv community also came under enemy shelling, Russians used small arms. No one was hurt.
