Enemy shelling damages seven buildings, power lines in Sumy region

Russian forces have shelled a border village in the Sumy region, damaging seven houses and outbuildings.
Dmytro Zhyvytskyi, the head of the Sumy regional military administration, said this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Seven damaged houses and partially destroyed outbuildings. Such are the consequences of the shelling of a border village in the Nova Sloboda community," Zhyvytskyi said.
He said that Russian troops had shelled the border area with artillery, with five shells exploding in the region.
According to him, power lines were also damaged. Repair crews are working on the spot.
