Number of injured in Russian missile attack on Kharkiv district rises to four
The number of people injured in a Russian missile attack on Kharkiv district has risen to four.
"Part of the Russian missiles were shot down by air defense forces. One of the missiles hit a private house. Unfortunately, three more people were injured: a man and two women. Emergency medical teams work at the scene," Oleh Synegubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.
Earlier, Synegubov reported one injured person.
As an Ukrinform correspondent learnt from the press service of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, four injured people – two women and two men – have been reported so far. One of the men is in serious condition.
According to Olena Shapoval, the administration’s spokesperson, the injured lived in different houses. One house was hit with a missile and at least three more were hit with missile fragments.
Emergency services remain at the scene.
