Russian troops attacked Kherson region 45 times over past day

Russian troops have opened fire on the Kherson region 45 times over the past day. Two civilians were reported killed and five injured.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Yaroslav Yanushevych on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Russian occupiers opened fire on the Kherson region’s territory 45 times. They struck with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, tanks and mortars. The enemy again attacked Kherson’s residential areas. Russian projectiles hit a maternity department, café, infrastructure object, detached houses and apartment blocks,” Yanushevych wrote.

In his words, two civilians were killed and five received injuries of various severity levels.
