Enemy shell hits Kramatorsk institute building

Kramatorsk again suffered a powerful enemy attack. A shell hit the building of the Technology and Management Institute. The consequences are being clarified.

"The enemy again struck Kramatorsk. The Russians hit the industrial zone and the building of the Technology and Management Institute. Casualties have not been reported so far, but the exact consequences have yet to be established," Pavlo Kyrylenko, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram and released a video of the destruction from the scene.

The video shows a very damaged building, a completely destroyed wall, a shell crater, damaged trees, broken glass windows, and debris all around.

"Every day, the Russians cynically attack civilians in Donetsk region, acting like real terrorists. Anyone who still remains in the region is in danger," Kyrylenko emphasized.

As reported, Donetsk region is under constant Russian shelling and has problems with electricity, heat, and water supply. Locals are evacuated every day.
