Russian invaders launched missile attacks on the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv region in the morning.

"The occupiers launched three attacks on the critical infrastructure of Kharkiv region. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties," Oleg Synegubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, posted on Telegram.

The explosions rang out around 08:50. After 09:00, Kharkiv city residents heard three more explosions within five minutes. The air raid alert continues. Kharkiv residents report power outages in several districts.
