Ukraine Army eliminates about 98,280 enemy troops

Russia has already lost about 98,280 troops in Ukraine (+590 over the past day).

The relevant statement was made by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

Between February 24, 2022 and December 18, 2022, the enemy’s total combat losses included also 2,987 tanks (+2 over the past day), 5,963 armored fighting vehicles (+5), 1,948 artillery systems (+1), 410 multiple launch rocket systems, 211 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 281 aircraft, 264 helicopters, 4,579 motor vehicles and fuel tanks (+2), 16 warships/boats, 1,649 unmanned aerial vehicles (+1), 174 special equipment units. A total of 653 enemy cruise missiles were shot down.

According to the General Staff, Russian troops suffered the highest losses in the Lyman direction and the Bakhmut direction.

A reminder that, on December 17, 2022, Ukraine’s Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks near more than 15 settlements.
