Enemy opens fire on three communities in Sumy region
Over the past day, Russian troops have been shelling three communities in the Sumy region, namely Seredyna-Buda, Znob-Novhorodske and Shalyhyne.
The relevant statement was made by the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
In particular, Russian invaders launched mortar strikes on the Seredyna-Buda community. Two explosions were recorded.
In the Shalyhyne community’s border area, eight grenade launcher explosions were recorded.
Additionally, five 120-mm mortar shells hit the Znob-Novhorodske community.
According to the Ukrainian State Border Guard Service, no casualties or destructions were reported.
A reminder that, on December 17, 2022, Russian troops launched five missile strikes and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems 42 times.
