Two men killed in enemy mine blast in Kharkiv region
Two men were killed in an enemy mine blast in the village of Dovhenke, Kharkiv region.
"In the village of Dovhenke, Izium district, two local men, 50 and 52, went to look for lost livestock. However, they did not return that day. Relatives searched for them in the village and did not find them. After that, they contacted the law enforcement officers: the search continued using a drone. On December 18, the men were found dead: they fell into a mine trap laid by the occupiers," the Kharkiv Region Department of the National Police posted on Telegram.
A pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported, a 32-year-old employee of the State Emergency Service was injured as an enemy mine exploded in the village of Hrakove, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region. He was hospitalized in serious condition.
