Ukrainian forces hit Russian command post, two ammunition depots
Ukrainian defense forces on Thursday struck a command post and two ammunition depots of the Russian invaders.
According to Ukrinform, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a post on Facebook.
According to the report, on December 22, Russian invaders launched five missile attacks and five air strikes. Also, the Russians carried out about 15 attacks using multiple launch rocket systems, including a night attack on the civilian infrastructure of the city of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region. During the day, the enemy shelled Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region, with civilian casualties recorded.
On December 20 of this year, Ukraine's defense forces struck an enemy personnel concentration area near Mykolaivka, Skadovsk district, Kherson region. As a result, up to 140 Russian soldiers were wounded and eight Kamaz trucks with ammunition were destroyed.
According to specified information, as a result of the December 20 attack on the enemy's field airfield in the Kakhovka district of the Kherson region, the invaders lost up to 150 people killed and about 50 wounded. Up to 20 pieces of Russian military equipment were destroyed.
In addition, Ukrainian rocket and artillery units on December 22 hit a command post, two ammunition depots and three Russian military personnel concentration areas.
From February 24 to December 22, Ukraine's defense forces eliminated about 100,400 Russian soldiers, including 660 on December 21 alone.
