One killed, 22 injured in Russia’s missile attack on Kyiv – Mayor Klitschko

One civilian has been killed and 22 injured in Russia’s recent missile attack on the city of Kyiv.

The relevant statement was made by Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko on Facebook, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“According to the latest numbers, as a result of Russia’s attack on the capital city, one person was killed and 22 injured. Fifteen people were taken to hospitals across Kyiv,” Klitschko wrote.

Seven injured civilians received medical aid at the scene.

A reminder that, on December 31, 2022, Russia launched another missile attack on Ukraine’s energy and civil infrastructure. Explosions were heard in the capital city’s districts, such as Solomianskyi, Pecherskyi and Holosiivskyi. Destructions were reported.
