Night attack on Kyiv: Klitschko reports damage to energy infrastructure
Energy infrastructure facilities in Kyiv were damaged as a result of Russia’s night attack.
“Emergency power outages have been declared in the city. Some heat supply facilities have been cut off from the power grid. Water is supplied in regular mode,” Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko posted on Telegram.
As reported, a residential building was damaged and a 19-year-old boy was injured in the air attack on Kyiv on the night of January 1-2.
In general, during the air raid alert, Ukrainian air defense forces shot down at least 20 enemy targets over the capital.
