One civilian killed, one injured in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region

One civilian has been killed and one injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“On January 10, 2023, Russians killed one civilian in the Donetsk region, namely in Bakhmut. One more person was injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.

Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.

A reminder that, on January 10, 2023, Russian invaders launched six missile strikes and 16 air strikes, and opened fire with multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) about 50 times, namely on civil infrastructure across such regions as Kharkiv, Donetsk and Kherson.
