Enemy attacks Kherson region 83 times over past day, four civilians injured

Russian troops attacked Kherson region 83 times on January 17, injuring four people.

Yaroslav Yanushevych, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Russian invaders struck Kherson region 83 times. Peaceful settlements came under artillery, MLRS, mortar, tank, and UAV attacks,” he wrote.

The Russians struck Kherson 26 times, shelling residential quarters of the city.

Enemy shells hit critical infrastructure and residential buildings.

On January 17, four people were injured in Russian shelling of the region.

As reported by Ukrinform, on January 17, the bodies of three more people killed by Russian shelling were found in Kherson region.
