Ukrainian border guards neutralized 26 Russian invaders in Bakhmut direction.

"Yesterday morning, the ruscists tried to break through the defense line held by a division of the State Border Guard Service. The border guards withstood the strike and stopped the advance of stormtroopers with fire from small arms and grenade launchers. Also, the defenders fought with the enemy's infantry with the help of artillery and mortars. The enemy was defeated and retreated with losses: 9 killed and approximately 17 wounded," the Strategic Communications Department of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Telegram.

As reported, Wagner Group lost about 40,000 soldiers in the battles for Bakhmut and Soledar alone, accounting for about two-thirds of this structure.
