Ukraine’s Armed Forces repel enemy attacks near 10 settlements

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in a morning update published on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
"The enemy is conducting offensive operations in the Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Novopavlivka directions. In other directions, there are holding defense. Units of the Defense Forces repelled occupiers’ attacks in the areas of Bilohorivka in Luhansk region and Yampolivka, Rozdolivka, Vasiukivka, Paraskoviivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka and Ozarianivka in Donetsk region," the report says.
Over the past day, the enemy launched one air strike and three missile attacks, hitting the city of Kharkiv. Russian forces also carried out 44 attacks using multiple launch rockets systems, in particular on populated areas. Casualties among the civilian population were reported.
The General Staff stressed that the threat of air and missile strikes remains across the entire territory of Ukraine.
At the same time, the enemy continues to suffer losses. About 20 bodies of dead occupiers from the districts of Novobakhmutivka and Mayorsk were brought to a local morgue in Horlivka, Donetsk region, on January 28.
The General Staff also reported that Ukrainian aircraft on January 29 struck an enemy anti-aircraft missile complex and launched two attacks on the areas of concentration of manpower. Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit two radar stations, an ammunition depot and an important object of the occupiers.
As reported by Ukrinform, from February 24, 2022 to January 29, 2023, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 126,160 Russian invaders, including 650 soldiers on January 28.
