Russian troops launched a missile attack on critical infrastructure in Kharkiv at about 10:00 on February 10.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
The mayor warned that today there might be interruptions with power supply and other utility services in the city.
At around 04:00 on February 10, the enemy fired about ten missiles at Kharkiv from Russian territory. Power outages were recorded in the city, and up to a thousand houses were left without heating.
