Two killed, five injured in Russia’s shelling of Donetsk region
Two civilians have been killed and five injured in Russia’s shelling of the Donetsk region over the past day.
The relevant statement was made by Donetsk Regional Military Administration Head Pavlo Kyrylenko on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“On March 2, 2023, Russians killed two civilians in the Donetsk region, namely in Velyka Novosilka. Five more people were injured,” Kyrylenko wrote.
Additionally, it is now impossible to count the exact number of casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha, Kyrylenko noted.
A reminder that, on March 2, 2023, Russian troops launched 31 air strikes and three missile strikes, namely on civil infrastructure in the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions.
