Russian fighter-bomber downed near Yenakievo

The Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber near the city of Yenakievo in Donetsk region.

"It's been a long time since the Air Force's anti-aircraft gunners downed such a target! Around 13:30 on March 3, 2023, anti-aircraft gunners of the Nikopol anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Air Command ‘East’ destroyed a Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber near Yenakievo," the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine posted on Facebook.

According to the Air Force data, one of the pilots "died, and the other is preparing to join him."

As reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 151,370 Russian soldiers from February 24, 2022 to March 3, 2023.
