Invaders shell border settlements of Chernihiv, Sumy regions 27 times on Saturday

Russian troops continue to attack border settlements of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

The Operational Command North wrote on Telegram that from 12:50 to 13:30, there were eight strikes, presumably from a 120 mm mortar, in the area of Novovasylivka settlement.

From 12:35 to 12:50, there were four strikes, presumably from a 120 mm mortar, in the area of Yanzhulivka settlement.

From 17:07 to 17:45, there were 15 strikes, presumably from a 120 mm mortar, in the area of Studenok settlement.

There were no reports of casualties among the local population or damage to civilian infrastructure.

According to the command, there were no losses among personnel or military equipment.

As reported by Ukrinform, in the first half of Saturday, Russian forces fired 35 mortar bombs and shells at border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions, three settlements came under enemy fire.
