Russians set up military bases almost everywhere in district - Severodonetsk administration head

Local collaborators and the Russian military use Severodonetsk, Lysychansk and Rubizhne in Luhansk region as rear bases.

Roman Vlasenko, head of the Severodonetsk District Military Administration, told Espreso, Ukrinform reports.

"Severodonetsk is on the contact line, because even powerful barrel artillery can reach the city, I'm not talking about Grad [MLRS]. Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, and Rubizhne are used by local collaborators and the Russian military as rear bases. There are places where troops are stationed, ammunition depots. There are training centers on the outskirts of Severodonetsk. There are bases of Russian troops almost everywhere in the district,” he said.  

As Ukrinform reported, in temporarily captured Severodonetsk, the invaders cannot establish an educational process at schools. Not a single school worked for a day, even during the time when both the security situation and weather conditions allowed. Children come to school once a week to receive assignments.
