Enemy shells Kherson region 65 times in past day, four people injured
The Russian army shelled Kherson region 65 times over the past day. Four civilians were injured.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Over the past day, the enemy launched 65 attacks, firing 354 shells from heavy artillery and Grad [MLRS]. The enemy shelled the city of Kherson 3 times. 18 projectiles hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings," he said.
According to Prokudin, four people were injured.
The regional governor added that 52 more people had been evacuated from the region’s territories liberated from Russian invaders.
As reported by Ukrinform, a woman was injured as Russian aggressors shelled the village of Kozatske in Kherson region on the morning of March 6.
