Russian military death toll in Ukraine climbs to 155,530
Ukraine's defense forces eliminated about 155,530 Russian soldiers between February 24, 2022, and February 27, 2023, including 700 in the past day alone.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said this in its latest update published on Facebook.
Over the period, Ukrainian defenders destroyed 3,436 Russian main battle tanks (including four in the past day), 6,723 armored combat vehicles (+9), 2,463 artillery systems (+7), and 488 multiple launch rocket systems. The enemy also lost 253 anti-aircraft warfare systems, 303 warplanes, 289 helicopters, 2,098 tactical unmanned aerial vehicles (+3), 873 cruise missiles, 18 warships/boats, 5,330 vehicles and fuel trucks (+7), and 236 pieces of special equipment.
