Russians attack Kherson region 71 times, casualties reported
In the Kherson region, Russian troops have opened fire 71 times over the past day. Three civilians were reported killed and five injured.
The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The enemy opened fire 71 times, having fired 335 projectiles with heavy artillery and the Grad MLRS. The city of Kherson came under enemy fire four times. [Russian] projectiles hit residential areas, detached houses and apartment blocks,” Prokudin wrote.
In his words, 73 more civilians were evacuated from the Kherson region’s de-occupied areas.
