Russian troops shelled three districts in Kharkiv region over the past day.

"In the past day, the enemy continued shelling the border settlements of region’s Kupiansk, Chuhuiv and Kharkiv districts," Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, wrote on Telegram.

In particular, the Russian invaders used tanks and mortars to shell the settlements of Kupiansk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Strelecha, Velykyi Burluk and others.

There were no casualties among the civilian population.

It is noted that mine clearance works are ongoing in the region. Over the past day, experts of the State Emergency Service neutralized 107 more explosive objects.

"On the contact line, our defenders are reliably holding their positions and resisting the occupiers. Yesterday, the enemy tried to conduct offensive actions in the Dvorichna direction, but retreated with losses under the fire of Ukrainian fighters," Syniehubov wrote.

As reported by Ukrinform, mandatory evacuation from Kupiansk district is underway in Kharkiv region, where active hostilities continue.
