Invaders shell ‘point of invincibility’ in Kostiantynivka, three civilians killed

On March 24, the Russian army fired missiles at a “point of invincibility” in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region, killing three civilians.

The Prosecutor General's Office said in a Telegram post that according to the investigation, on March 24 at 01:00, the Russian army fired S-300 missiles at Kostiantynivka. One of the missiles hit the building of a “point of invincibility,” while the other landed nearby. Three women – the IDPs from Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar and Opytne of Pokrovsk district - died under the rubble. Two more people received injuries of varying degrees of severity.

Law enforcers are working at the scene.

Under the procedural guidance of the Donetsk regional prosecutor's office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched as part of criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

As reported by Ukrinform, according to Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Russian troops killed three civilians in Donetsk region and wounded five more on March 23.
