One killed, one injured in Russia’s shelling of Kherson

Russian troops have again opened fire on the city of Kherson, leaving one civilian man killed and one injured.

The relevant statement was made by Kherson Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Prokudin on Telegram, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Kherson again came under enemy fire. Civilians were affected. Russian occupiers hit the reedbeds,” the report states.

According to Prokudin, two men managed to cross the river, but one of them, 55, died from a shrapnel wound in his chest on the bank. The other man, 77, was taken to hospital in moderately grave condition.

Additionally, Russian invaders struck a warehouse facility. Rescuers promptly extinguished the fire that broke out.
