Russians hit five settlements in Sumy and Chernihiv regions
During the day, Russian troops struck five settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy regions. More than 40 hits in total were recorded.
This is stated in the report by the Operational Command “North” posted on Telegram.
In particular, from 12:50 to 12:55, two strikes were launched on the area of Zoria village, probably from a 120mm mortar. No damages or casualties were reported.
From 13:15 to 13:45 p.m., 14 hits were recorded, probably from the same weapon, in the area of Baranivka. Dry grass caught fire, the fire was put out.
At 13:40, the invaders launched two strikes, probably from anti-tank guided missiles, on the area of Kostobobriv village. No casualties were reported.
From 15:25 to 15:35, nine hits, probably from tube artillery, were recorded in the area of Romashkove village. From 16:02 to 16:05, seven shots were fired, presumably from self-propelled artillery in Svarkove area. In both cases, no damages or casualties were reported.
At around 17:48, eight strikes, probably from tube artillery, were launched on Shalyhine area. Two private houses were damaged.
