Prosecutors show aftermath of Russian strikes on Kupiansk district
Law enforcement officers have documented the consequences of Russia's shelling of the Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, in which one person was killed and the building of an agricultural enterprise was damaged.
The regional prosecutor's office said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kupiansk district prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region, pre-trial investigations have been launched into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on the night of April 2, the occupiers launched a missile attack on the village of Velykyi Burluk, Kupiansk district. The building of an agricultural enterprise was damaged by shelling," the report reads.
According to the report, the enemy likely used S-300 missiles for an attack on the village.
In addition, on April 1, the Russian military shelled the village of Kutkivka in the Kupiansk district with multiple rocket launchers. A 43-year-old man was killed.
