Russian troops shell Kupiansk in the morning
On Tuesday, April 4, around 5:00, Russian invaders shelled Kupiansk, Kharkiv region.
The Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov wrote it on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"Kupiansk was shelled twice during the day. Today, around 5:00 am, Russian invaders shelled the town again. A non-residential building was damaged," Syniehubov said.
According to the head of administration, yesterday Russian troops fired at least 48 times at Dvorichna and 36 times at Zakhidne village in the Kupiansk district. Invaders shelled from rocket and cannon artillery, tanks, mortars, and used aviation, the statement said.
According to Syniehubov, the invaders also fired at Vovchansk and the village of Vovchanski Khutory in the Chuhuiv district. A 28-year-old man was hospitalized with a wound.
He added that demining is underway in the region. Over the past day, more than 6.5 hectares of territory were surveyed and 108 explosive devices were defused.
As Ukrinform reported, on April 2, the enemy fired at the border of four districts of the Kharkiv region, an elderly woman was wounded.
