Russians shell Kurakhove community and Toretsk, casualties reported
In Donetsk region, Russian troops shelled Kurakhove community and the town of Toretsk at night, killing two civilians.
Pavlo Kyrylenko, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a Telegram post, Ukrinform reports.
"Russians launched powerful strikes on Kurakhove community overnight - they used artillery, in particular cluster munitions and missiles. In the city, a shopping center, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, a hospital and several high-rise buildings were damaged. Fortunately, no one was injured," the regional governor wrote.
He noted that Toretsk was struck with two missiles in the middle of the night. Two people were killed. In addition, the buildings of a mine, a repair and mechanical plant and private houses were damaged.
In the Horlivka area, two administrative buildings, three high-rise buildings and a private house in Bakhmut were damaged.
Kostiantynivka, Chasiv Yar and the outskirts of Soledar community remain under fire.
In the Volnovakha area, the enemy shelled Vuhledar and Bohoiavlenka, no casualties were reported.
In the Lysychansk area, houses on two streets were damaged in Siversk.
