Russia reduces Black Sea naval grouping on combat duty
Russia has shrunk to four the number of missile carriers deployed off the coast of occupied Crimea.
This was reported by Ukraine’s Operational Command South, Ukrinform saw.
"The enemy pursues maneuvers in the Black Sea. Four missile carriers out of six have been left on combat duty: two ships and two submarines. The maximum possible volley of Kalibr missiles is 24," the statement said.
As noted, the command assesses the level of the threat is as “very high.”
It should be recalled that on April 4, Russians shelled populated areas in the northern part of Donetsk region, employing missiles, artillery, and Grad multiple rocket launchers. As a result of the strikes, six people were killed and seven were wounded.
